- 1/2 frozen Nectarine
- 1/2 ring of frozen Pineapple
- 3 frozen Broccoli
- 1 cup home made oats milk
- 1 cup water
- Some cinnamon (if you like it, just keep in mined the cinnamon is lowering BP).
