Just to say thank you for visiting, please see my new smoothies recipe

  • 1 fresh Banana
  • Green frozen leaves
  • Curcuma
  • 1/2 frozen Nectarine
  • 1/2 ring of frozen Pineapple
  • 3 frozen Broccoli 
  • 1 cup home made oats milk
  • 1 cup water
  • Some cinnamon (if you like it, just keep in mined the cinnamon is lowering BP).
